This article, from the Headquarters edition of the 'Courier' (Staff Newspaper), appeared in 1979 whilst I was attached to Forecasting group in LTR City Area. Ironically the 'new' building was also demolished a couple of years ago. (2023) The site was adjacent to Moorgate Underground station.
